    I was contacted by TowerPoint Capital. They wanted to buy out my American Tower lease in Texas which renews every 5 years up to 65 years. Their offer was low ball and they wanted to blame me for their low ball offer because my lease calls for 7% escalation every 5 years. I had previously declined two offers that were 40% more than what TowerPoint Capital offered. I would not recommend consideration to sell your sell to this company. If you are considering selling your lease, I would caution you in doing so until you have thoroughly reviewed the long term payout of your current lease. If you are intent on selling, you can probably do better elsewhere.
