Over 1,300 Cell Tower Lease Rents from all major carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, & Verizon
San Diego, March 31, 2015: Cell tower lease experts, Airwave Advisors, announced today that they have collected the largest database of cell tower lease rents in California, with over 1,300, now available to property owners and cell tower lease landlords.
“By readily making data available to property owners, which was once exclusive to wireless carriers, we aim to create greater transparency in the marketplace,” said Airwave Advisors President and Founder Nick G. Foster, “The hundreds of landlords that are being underpaid in rent will now have available to them the information to justify increasing their rents to market.”
The database tracks the rents for the 1,300 leases, totaling over $2,500,000.00 per month. Rents range widely, from $300.00 per month on the low end, up to $7,000.00 per month on the high end. According to CTIA, there are over 300,000 cell sites nationwide and over 5,000 in Southern California alone.
